Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, you'll keep your current features until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I upgrade from Premium to Ultra in the middle of a billing cycle?

When you upgrade, we prorate the charges. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing period, and then the full new rate starting on your next billing date.

What counts as an 'active member'?

Only active members count toward your plan's limit. When someone leaves your organization, simply takes a break or leave of absence, you can mark them as inactive instead of deleting them—their historical records, certifications, and scheduling history are preserved forever, but they don't count against your limit. This means you never have to lose valuable data just because someone isn't currently active.

What happens when I hit my active member limit?

You'll receive a warning when you're approaching your limit. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to add new active members or take important actions like scheduling until you upgrade or deactivate existing members.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial because our Free plan is free forever! Start with the Free plan and upgrade whenever you're ready for more features.

How does billing work?

For paid plans, you'll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Annual plans save you 17% compared to monthly billing. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you cancel, you'll continue to have access to paid features until your current billing period ends.
