The core scheduling question. Muster tracks covered hours, open hours, and every hour a member contributes. Answer coverage questions for your chief, track who's showing up, and spot the recurring holes in your schedule before they become a problem.
Where to find it
Admins get a live coverage ring, weekday breakdown, and top contributors on the Reporting page — with preset ranges, a custom date picker, and one-click CSV export.

Are we compliant?
Track expiration dates for every cert your agency requires—EMT, CPR, driver's license, PPE fit tests, whatever you define. Muster flags who's expired and who's expiring soon, so you can address issues before they become a problem. No more spreadsheet archaeology the week before an inspection.
Where to find it
Expiring and expired fields surface on the dashboard and in full on the Reporting page. Define which fields are expirable under Settings → Member fields.

03 — Forms & Bus Checks
Are people doing the checks?
Custom forms for daily bus checks, narcotic logs, equipment inventory, or anything else your crew submits on a recurring basis. Track completion rates, see who missed a submission, and get a live feed of flagged issues—low oxygen, missing supplies, expired meds—so nothing falls through the cracks.
Where to find it
Every submission is reviewable side-by-side, with flagged items pulled out into their own section so nothing gets lost in the noise.
